What an amazing day this was!! Alix and Jaime are one of the sweetest, most pure couples we’ve ever met, and we absolutely loved getting to photograph & film their wedding day! From the moment we arrived in the morning, these two (and their bridal party) were so welcoming and kind-seriously, just the best!!

Alix and Jaime’s Chicago wedding day was full of so many of my favorite things-a blush pink color palette, fluffy florals, the most beautiful Chicago photo locations, and the kindest people. We started the day with the guys and girls, separately, while they got ready at the Hyatt House Chicago / West Loop-Fulton Market, and this hotel had amazing natural light for us (always a wedding photographer’s dream!!). After they were both ready, we headed to their ceremony at Church of the Holy Family, which is a stunning Catholic cathedral in Chicago.

For portraits, we ended up at one of my absolute favorite downtown Chicago locations- The Wrigley Building. This location is perfect for a classy, elegant couple with neutral backgrounds and a glimpse of the river 🙂 I just love it!!

For Alix and Jaime’s reception, we headed to the gorgeous Loft Lucia, a gorgeous Chicago wedding venue! Their rooftop made for some more gorgeous portraits, and it was truly the best night!!
