Oh, how I have been waiting for Samantha and Austin’s wedding day! I first heard from Samantha before her and Austin were even *officially* engaged, as she was eager to have me photograph their wedding day (aka the biggest honor ever)!

I officially met these two for the first time at their engagement session in Milford, IL this past spring. You probably remember seeing their gorgeous photos if you’ve been following me for a while, but you can view their engagement session blog post HERE! After their engagement session, I knew for sure that I loved Samantha and Austin, and I couldn’t wait for their wedding day!!

We began their wedding day getting ready with Samantha and her girls at her childhood home in Cissna Park. It’s always so special when brides get ready in the homes they grew up in, so I was so excited that Samantha chose to do this 🙂 After getting ready, we headed to their gorgeous church for the ceremony in Beaverville. This town is so, so tiny, but St. Mary’s Catholic Church is seriously stunning! Pretty Central Illinois wedding ceremony venues can be tricky to find, and this church is a gem!!

After capturing some amazing sunset portraits, we celebrated their new marriage at the Kankakee Fairgrounds, and it was the perfect day! 🙂 I’m so thankful these two chose me to photograph their amazing day. Cheers to the newest Mr. and Mrs. Kidwell!! XO!
