I first met these two at their winter engagement session, and I immediately knew we’d be such a great fit for each other. These two are incredibly sweet, were SO excited about getting married, and paid close attention to all of the big + small details that went into making their day so perfect!! They met in Champaign at the University of Illinois, so it only made sense to have done their engagement photos on campus and to have their wedding in the same city their love story began in.

Jamie and Omar’s wedding venue, Pear Tree Estate, is one of my favorites in Illinois!! This space is an absolute dream. The elegance of the ceremony locations, attention to detail, the ground surrounding the venue-obsessed! Plus, their food from La Gourmet Catering is the best! I knew it was going to be a stunning day when Jamie told me they chose to have their ceremony and reception at Pear Tree Estate!

On their wedding day, we had the most gorgeous sunset that made portrait time even more amazing than I could have imagined! Those bean fields that surround the venue were the perfect neutral in the background that I needed.
