Heather and Trevor’s wedding day was one I’ve been looking forward to for literally years! These two booked me a couple of years ago for their wedding day, and I’ve been excited ever since. Last summer was their original wedding day, but due to the pandemic, they had to move their plans back a year. This year, their wedding day was full of obstacles that could have ruined Heather and Trevor’s moods, but they stayed happy and fun the entire day which was AMAZING! The crazy summer weather threw thunderstorms and tornado warnings at us all day, and I couldn’t be happier that they chose not to let it have an effect on their best day <3

We stayed close to home for their wedding day which took place at the Elks Country Club in Kankakee, IL. I’m so glad we got to be outside for portrait time because these wedding portraits are some of my absolute favorites!! I’m SO excited to be sharing these on the blog today, along with the sneak peak film of such a beautiful day 🙂
