Bourbonnais, IL Graduation and Couples Photos | Grand Valley State University | Jen

Jen was one of my very best friends from high school!! We played volleyball together, and she’s just the sweetest ever! When she reached out to me about photographing her graduation photos, I was so excited and eager to be able to get out and do her session.

When chatting about location ideas and Jen mentioned she loved the white blooming trees, I knew Olivet Nazarene University and Perry Farm Park in Bourbonnais would be the perfect locations! We lucked out with the trees still being perfectly in bloom, and I truly couldn’t love this whole gallery any more. The white trees were the perfect contrast to Jen’s (gorgeous) red hair and blue graduation attire-and yes, I am absolutely jealous of her hair! I’ve photographed so many beautiful red-headed brides and seniors this year, and I leave every shoot with major heart eyes for the images we captured! One of my favorite things is when my college grads bring champagne or their boyfriends along for some photos, and Jen brought BOTH which was so amazing!!

Jen is graduating from Grand Valley State University, and I’m so excited to see the amazing things she does in her career and life paths! <3
