Kankakee River State Park Engagement Photos | Caiti + Josh

Oh my goodness, Caiti and Josh are one of the sweetest couples I have EVER met! Caiti and I first connected through Facebook, and I couldn’t be more thankful that we did. Her and Josh drove all the way to me from Indy for their engagement session, and we had the most perfect, 55 degree February day!

Engagement sessions in the winter are more rare around here, just because things tend to look “dead” and “dreary” during Illinois winters. Because I knew the state park had areas with trees that don’t loose their green in the winter, we went with this location, and I’m so happy we did! Engagement sessions don’t have to look dead and dreary!

I’m too excited to travel to Pittsburgh for their wedding day later this year. This year is full of travel, and wow, it’s going to be amazing!
