Sara and Brian | Kankakee County Winter Engagement Session

When Sara first reached out to me, she was a brand stinkin’ new fiance, and hearing of their engagement just melted my heart. Brian proposed to Sara in the same spot that he asked her to be his girlfriend years ago-how sweet! While hearing all about their dreamy wedding plans, I fell ever more in love with their love story. Let’s just say you will definitely want to  watch for their wedding photos next year because it’s going to be beautiful! These two are truly the sweetest of couples, and they made my job so so much during their session! Their constant laughter and ability to make each other smile so effortlessly was just the sweetest thing to watch. Have I ever mentioned how obsessed with love I am? I mean, I spend most of my free time watching love movies <3

Sara is the most talented hair stylist around, which is why her hair looks so adorable! She keeps my hair looking amazing throughout the year, and I love the time I get to talk to her when I am in the salon. During my most recent appointment, we gushed over her stunning ring and all of her wedding day dreams. The way Sara’s face lit up while she talked about her wedding colors made my heart so happy, and needless to say, Im beyond excited for their wedding day next February! Since they’re having a winter wedding, it only made sense to plan their engagement session during the winter months. We got so lucky with the prettiest snowy day and stunning golden light. Even though their fingers were freezing & bright red, I’m just in love with all of their photos, and I cannot wait for you to see my favorites!
